What the production policy must explain
- What information the two inquiry forms collect.
- Why Yezai needs that information and how it is used.
- Where the data is stored and which service providers process it.
- How long inquiry records are retained.
- How a traveler can request access, correction or deletion.
- How sensitive health or accessibility notes are handled.
The prototype does not submit or store form data. Supabase and email delivery will be added only after this policy and the data model are approved.
