Retreat rhythm
The same daily structure returns with enough repetition to let the body learn slowly. Exact teaching and outdoor activities may change with the group, teacher and mountain conditions.
01Build a daily foundation through Baduanjin, Taiji basics and Wudang Taiji practice.
02Make room for standing practice, seated meditation and quiet attention.
03Some afternoons may open into music, calligraphy, painting or related cultural study.
04Walk, eat and rest inside the everyday rhythm of the Wudang landscape.
A day in practice
Meals are normally served at 08:00, 12:00 and 18:00. Mountain walks, scenic-area visits or temple visits may be arranged from time to time when conditions allow.
Actual retreat references
Real group-practice and cultural moments supplied by the local retreat. Kept small to preserve their documentary character.

Where you stay
The setting is part of the retreat: temple routes, mountain weather and walking conditions shape the day. Yezai confirms the exact meeting point and transfer plan before arrival.

Before you apply
This is a structured group-practice stay in a mountain setting, not medical treatment or a resort program.
The local provider hosts the accommodation, meals and actual teaching. Exact teachers and session content depend on the confirmed dates.
Yezai checks fit, current conditions, dates, language support, room choice, inclusions and the final price before confirmation.
